INERTIA 100% Organic Cotton Pads - The Perfection

What I do like about these pads is their length and the multiple wings for securing to underwear. I don’t know how anyone can wear pads without wings!What doesn’t work for me is their thinness. They’re good for lighter flow days, but load up way too fast for heavier days. I would have had an embarrassing day at work if I hadn’t had a backup layer underneath (I like to wear two pairs of underwear each with a pad, just in case on those heavier days - call me weird if you must).I’m going to have to stick with bulkier pads for my heavier flow days.

Always on the look-out for organic covered pads. These are hefty and fairly priced. I am not a fan of how the sticky tabs work for me, finding them not fitting around very well and hard to put on. Otherwise these were useful and good for my heavier days and over-night, comfortable cotton, feeling safe having it against my skin.

My periods have always been moderate (heavy only at times) and now they are becoming a bit lighter.Pros:-Received 12 pack of pads which are individually wrapped and properly sealed-Great size, in my opinion; not too small, but I also don't feel like it's so big as if I'm wearing a diaper-Well-designed with adequate adhesive and two sets of wings; these have stayed in place with no issues even while I sleep-Adequate thickness and seems to have enough layers since I have had no issues with leakage-No odd smells or added fragrance-Top sheet is 100% cotton and feels soft to the touch and comfortable while wearing-Chlorine-free-Made in KoreaCons:-None noted at this timeOverall, I'm very pleased with these pads. They are working very well for me so far. Not sure I can really speak to the ultra fast absorption or heavy absorbency claims as of now since my periods seems much lighter than they used to be, but I do think many people would like these. The current list price of $7.99 for 12 is an okay value. I have seen comparable options that are both less and more expensive.

These are the first pads I found that don't leak with my heavier flow! That in itself is worth its weight in gold, as I'm not worried every time I shift positions or stand up. The cover is super cottony and soft and feels like a soft tee shirt material. The plastic cover of other pads irritates my skin even with frequent changes, and I hate their crunchy sound. LOL. These pads let your skin breathe and I love that they are 100% organic & safe, especially since they are touching the intimate areas. The picture shows this pad next to an Always Ultra Thin regular pad. These are just as thin, but way more absorbent & comfy.

I liked the idea of these and thought that they'd be worth a try since they say "ultra fast absorption" but unfortunately they don't live up to the claim. I've spent the last week alternating between different care products, including these, and these had the slowest absorbency. They were slower to absorb than both my menstrual underwear and washable pads, and they're not particularly fast. But, my issue is fast+heavy. I imagine if someone's flow was overall heavy but slower, it would be just fine. The pads themselves are comfortable and stay in place, and that's often half the fight in the first place.
